Pesaflow Limited, a company registered in 2017, has emerged at the center of a growing scandal involving billions of shillings from Kenya’s e-Citizen platform. 


According to a report by The Standard on Friday, March 27, the firm allegedly diverted Sh6.3 billion into a private, unapproved account at Equity Bank, bypassing official government channels.


Owned by Frank Lawrence Ochieng Weya, Charles Wambani Sewe, Evid Araka Sibi, and Larry Ochieng Agoro, Pesaflow’s corporate structure has drawn scrutiny for its opacity.
