“I had to be disciplined. It wasn’t easy at first, but gradually, the pain started to fade. I began to regain confidence in my movements and felt hopeful again,” she said.


Today, Mary reports being fully healed. She now enjoys active days without the constant shadow of back pain. 


“My advice to anyone struggling is to seek professional help early,” she urged. “Back pain is not something to ignore. With the right guidance, exercises, and lifestyle changes, you can recover and live a normal, fulfilling life.”
