Professor Makau Mutua, constitutional advisor to President William Ruto, has publicly congratulated National Intelligence Service (NIS) Director General Noordin Haji following his elevation to the rank of Senior Counsel.

“I heartily congratulate NIS Director General Noordin Mohamed Haji on the great honor of being conferred upon the rank of Senior Counsel by H.E President William Ruto today at State House, Nairobi. I can’t think of anyone who’s more deserving of this achievement,” he wrote.
