The Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) confirmed that Bare Sahara Ahmed was presented before the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Kahawa Law Courts, where investigators secured a 10-day custodial order to facilitate further inquiries.
The suspect is currently being held at Kilimani Police Station as authorities deepen their probe into the viral video that triggered the arrest.
According to the DCI, the extended detention will allow officers to conduct a comprehensive forensic analysis of digital evidence linked to the case.
