How I Helped My Kids Overcome Bullying at School

My name is Kevin, and I live in Nakuru town near Milimani estate. I was sixteen when it all happened, and I had always been a quiet, slightly nerdy student at my school. 


I focused on my studies, rarely participated in games, and often kept to myself. That made me an easy target for classmates who thought it was funny to mock anyone different.


One afternoon, during break, a group of boys cornered me in the classroom. They laughed at my clothes, my accent, and the way I walked. 


Some even pushed me lightly, pretending it was all in jest. I tried to ignore them, but their jeers were relentless. I felt humiliated and powerless.


I wanted to defend myself, but fear and my size held me back. I walked home that day with tears I hid from everyone.


Over the next few weeks, the mockery continued.
