The Ministry of Education is set to release the 2025 Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) results today, a significant milestone for the nearly one million candidates who sat for this year’s national examinations.
The 2025 KCSE exams were conducted over five weeks, from October 21 to November 21, under strict supervision and enhanced integrity measures to ensure a credible examination process.
Approximately 996,000 candidates nationwide participated, with their performance determining placement into universities, colleges, and other tertiary institutions in the upcoming academic cycle.
In anticipation of the release, the Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC) has activated its online results portal. Candidates and parents can access scores immediately after the official announcement by entering the index number and examination year on the portal.
