United States Vice President JD Vance on Monday took part in a physical training session with members of the US Navy SEALs, highlighting the demanding nature of the elite force’s routines.

In a post shared on X, Vance said he completed 90 minutes of physical training with the SEALs, describing the experience as physically exhausting despite what he termed a lighter session.

He noted that his office would later release photos from the training.

“They took it easy on me and I still feel like I got hit by a freight train,” Vance wrote, underscoring the intensity of the workout and the physical standards required of the special operations unit.
