Kenyan relationship coach and counselling psychologist Benjamin Zulu has finally unveiled his wife, Lynn, to the public, ending years of curiosity among his followers about the woman behind his personal and professional journey.
Zulu, who has built a strong following through his advice on relationships, marriage, personal development and emotional wellbeing, introduced Lynn through a social media post that combined humour, affection and praise for his wife.
“Ladies and gentlemen…at long last!” Zulu wrote before introducing her as “the widely requested, highly sought-after, the elegant, the beautiful, the unmistakable Mrs. Zulu.”
The relationship expert then made it clear that Lynn was not simply a familiar face within his professional circles, but his wife.
“Yes… MY wife,” he stated, accompanied by laughing and heart emojis.
Zulu explained that some of his followers had already interacted with Lynn professionally because of her work as a counsellor and relationship coach. However, he said he felt the time had come to formally introduce her to the wider audience that follows his work.
The coach used the opportunity to credit Lynn for playing a significant role in his personal growth and success, describing her as the woman who “has made me who I am.”
He portrayed her as a source of encouragement and support behind the scenes, drawing on the popular expression that “king makers don't always roar.”
“Sometimes they assure. Sometimes they encourage. They believe in you. Sometimes they build you from back stage,” Zulu wrote.
According to the relationship coach, Lynn has played that role throughout his journey, offering support away from the public spotlight while he established himself as one of Kenya's recognisable voices on relationships and personal development.
Zulu also announced that his wife would now be stepping forward to share her own experiences and journey with a broader audience.
“And now she's stepping forward to share her journey with a wider audience and I couldn't be more proud of her,” he said.
