For over twenty years, Daniel Lemayian had depended on his cattle for survival. Living in the dry plains on the edge of Kajiado County, his herd was more than property — it was his pride, his children’s school fees, and his family’s security.
His animals were strong, well-fed, and vaccinated regularly. Nothing had ever threatened them.
Until the unexplained deaths began.
The first cow was found lifeless near the grazing field at dawn. Daniel assumed it had eaten poisonous plants.
Two days later, another healthy bull collapsed without warning. Within two weeks, five animals were dead. There were no visible injuries, no signs of disease, and veterinary officers could not identify the cause.
Fear spread quickly among his family. His wife began to worry aloud about their future. Neighbors whispered about jealousy and unseen forces.
Daniel tried to stay rational, but when a strong young cow staggered and died in front of him, doubt crept in. If the deaths continued, his livelihood would disappear.
Desperate for answers, Daniel consulted veterinary experts again. Blood samples revealed nothing unusual.
Vaccination records were current. Feed and water sources were clean. With every logical explanation exhausted, Daniel felt helpless.
One evening, a fellow pastoralist shared a similar experience from years earlier and suggested contacting Dr. Bokko, a spiritual healer known for addressing mysterious misfortunes affecting livelihoods.
Though hesitant, Daniel knew he could not afford to lose more animals. He contacted Dr. Bokko and explained the situation.
During the consultation, Dr. Bokko listened carefully and asked Daniel to bring soil from the cattle enclosure, a small calabash of water the animals drank, and a rope used to tie the herd.
He explained that sometimes unexplained losses could be linked to spiritual interference, envy, or negative energy directed toward prosperity.
At the next meeting, Dr. Bokko performed cleansing rituals using traditional herbs and chants. He prepared protective mixtures and instructed Daniel to sprinkle them around the cattle enclosure and grazing paths.
He also advised him to avoid sharing details about his herd’s size or value publicly and to maintain harmony within his household and community.
Daniel returned home and followed every instruction.
Within days, the atmosphere around the homestead felt calmer. The animals appeared less restless at night. Weeks passed without another loss. The remaining cattle regained their strength and appetite. Daniel slept peacefully for the first time in months.
Neighbors noticed the change and began asking what he had done differently. Daniel simply said he had taken steps to protect what mattered most.
Months later, his herd was growing again. Calves were born healthy, and his family’s stability returned. Though he continued veterinary care and proper feeding, Daniel also kept in touch with Dr. Bokko for guidance and protection.
What had begun as an unexplained crisis became a lesson in vigilance, humility, and safeguarding blessings. Daniel no longer took his prosperity for granted.
Each sunrise over the grazing fields now carried renewed hope, gratitude, and the quiet confidence that his livelihood was secure once more. CONTINUE READING
