For a long time, sleep stopped being a place of rest for me.
Every night, I was chased by the same terrifying dreams.
I would wake up sweating, breathing fast, and afraid to close my eyes again. At first, I told myself it was stress.
But as days passed, the nightmares became more frequent and more intense. My days were just as bad. I felt tired all the time.
