Nairobi, January 9, 2026 – The Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC) has set up a dedicated call centre to assist candidates, parents, and schools seeking clarification on the 2025 Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) results.

The announcement comes shortly after the official release of the national examination results by Education CS Julius Ogamba on Friday.

KNEC emphasized that the call centre is operational around the clock to ensure timely responses to any queries related to individual scores, transcripts, or other results-related concerns.

Candidates and stakeholders can reach the toll-free lines at 0800721410 and 0800724900, while direct non-toll free lines are also available for those who prefer them.

These include 0796975104, 0796974984, 0796975132, 0796974985, 0797147335, and 0797146835.

KNEC urged the public to use these contacts responsibly and advised that any information provided through the call centre would adhere strictly to official records to prevent misinformation.

The council also reminded candidates to keep their examination numbers and identification details ready to facilitate quicker service.

This initiative is part of KNEC’s broader effort to improve accessibility and transparency in the management of national examination results.

It aims to reduce congestion at physical offices and online portals, particularly during peak periods immediately following results release.

With nearly one million candidates awaiting results this year, KNEC’s 24/7 service seeks to ensure that all stakeholders have a reliable channel for inquiries, clarifications, or guidance on accessing official results.
