The trouble started on a quiet Monday morning.
I opened my shop as usual, cleaned the shelves, and arranged fresh stock. Around 9 a.m., a woman I barely knew walked in, looked around silently, and left without buying anything.
At the time, it felt ordinary. But as the day went on, something strange became clear no customers were entering my shop at all.
