Saboti MP Caleb Amisi has issued a stark warning to ODM, claiming UDA is set to dominate Nyanza ahead of the 2027 general elections.

In a fiery post on X, Amisi said the government has unleashed resources to revive UDA nationwide, using the goodwill ODM has shown to its advantage.

He described ODM leaders as “clueless, smiley, politically immature, excited, selfish, greedy,” and warned they could lose bargaining power in future coalitions.

“Verily, verily I say unto you there will be more UDA MPs in Nyanza than ODM MPs in the upcoming general election,” Amisi stated.

He highlighted President William Ruto’s past strategy of expanding his party into regions dominated by rivals, citing his moves with KANU and TNA.

According to Amisi, Ruto aims to avoid coalition constraints, seeking a “one-party monopoly” and the freedom to choose his deputy when politically convenient.

Amisi also cautioned that ODM ministers who support Ruto could either join UDA or face dismissal, questioning the relevance of ODM for those loyal to Ruto.

He urged members to take his message seriously, emphasizing it was meant to preserve former Prime Minister Raila Odinga’s ideological legacy.

“I chose this platform as there are no signs of NDC to air this out,” he said, apologizing for any inconvenience.

“Take this not with insults but with kindness, at least for the preservation of Baba’s ideologies."
