“The first few weeks were difficult,” he admitted. “But within three months, my body started responding.”
According to Kamau, ailments that had troubled him for ten years began to subside within three months of consistent lifestyle changes. In four months, he lost 40 kilograms, dropping from 120kg to 80kg.
“Today, I feel free,” he said. “I no longer depend on constant medication. I have energy, confidence, and peace of mind.”
