ODM party leader Dr Oburu Odinga has shared a rare family moment on social media, posting a photo with his two sisters, Kisumu Woman Representative Ruth Odinga and Dr Wenwa Odinga.
The post comes just days after the burial of their sister, Beryl Achieng Odinga, an event that drew national attention and condolences from across the political divide.
In a reflective caption, Oburu spoke about the value of family and sibling bonds during difficult times. He wrote:
“Being grateful for siblings and family means recognizing the quiet, steady love that surrounds us often in ways we don’t fully notice until we pause. Family is where we first learn connection, patience, and belonging.”
Oburu who serves as the Siaya senator succeeded Raila Odinga as the party leader following his demise in October.
