Early Wednesday morning, a strange incident was witnessed in Thika that left residents stunned.
Five men, who had stolen items from a local machinery shop in Makongeni the night before, were attacked by a swarm of bees while sitting in a matatu.
The vehicle had tinted windows, but one window was open. The bees flew straight inside and began stinging the men.
They screamed, trying to escape, as people watched in shock. “It was terrible! I’ve never seen anything like it,” said one resident. “The men were running and screaming, and the street was full of panic.” ...CONTINUE READING
