I Was Falling Asleep Every Lecture Until I Found This Guidance

My name is Kotulo, and like many students, I entered university full of dreams and a hunger for a better future.

I imagined myself thriving in lectures, making friends, and slowly shaping the life I had always wanted. But the reality that greeted me was far from what I had envisioned.

From the first day of classes, something felt wrong. I could not focus. My eyes constantly ached, and I felt an unusual movement in my head, as if something was shifting inside.

It was confusing and frightening. I tried to ignore it, hoping it was just stress or the new environment affecting me. But the sensations persisted, and I began to dread going to lectures.

I decided to seek help at the university hospital. I was examined thoroughly—tests were done, and I was asked questions about my health and lifestyle.

The medical team concluded that I was physically fine. That should have been a relief, but it only deepened my worry. Why was this only happening in class? Outside, I was fine. I could walk around the campus, socialize, or even nap in the lounge without any discomfort.

Yet, the moment I entered a lecture hall, fatigue and strange sensations overwhelmed me. Sometimes, I would even fall asleep immediately after sitting down, much to my embarrassment.

The situation began to take a toll on my studies and my mental state. I felt frustrated and helpless. I started doubting my ability to succeed in university. The dream I had worked so hard to pursue seemed to be slipping away.

One afternoon, while taking a break in the Wi-Fi lounge and scrolling aimlessly online, I stumbled upon a website that changed my life.

It belonged to Dr. Bokko, a professional offering guidance and support for people struggling with issues like mine. Skeptical but desperate, I contacted him after reading about the services he offered.

From our first conversation, I felt a shift. Dr. Bokko listened carefully, asking questions and helping me explore what might be causing my symptoms.

Through his guidance, I learned that my problem was not physical—it was linked to focus, mental energy, and the ability to manage attention in demanding environments.

He provided practical strategies to regain my focus, manage my energy, and approach classes with a motivated mindset.

Implementing his advice was not immediate, but over time, I noticed remarkable changes.

My eyes no longer felt irritated in class, the strange sensations in my head diminished, and most importantly, I regained my concentration.

I began attending lectures consistently, participating actively, and feeling engaged with my studies.

My energy returned, and with it, my motivation. I was no longer dreading classes; instead, I looked forward to learning.

Today, my university life has taken a positive turn. What began as a source of fear and frustration has become a period of growth and self-discovery.

Dr. Bokko’s guidance taught me that sometimes the challenges we face are not always visible, but with the right support, even the most daunting obstacles can be overcome.
