For many years, my life was defined by emotional pain that I carried quietly. On the outside, I smiled and acted strong, but inside, I was breaking apart. 

Every relationship I entered ended the same way—confusion, rejection, and heartbreak. 

Promises were made and broken, and just when I believed things were finally working, everything would collapse without explanation. I cried in silence, afraid to admit how deeply the pain affected me.

What hurt even more was knowing that people were talking about me. 

I could feel the whispers whenever I entered a room. Friends joked about my situation, sometimes directly, sometimes behind my back. Statements like
