In a bizarre and chilling development, residents of Kakamega County were left shocked after an elderly man, suspected of killing his neighbour’s university graduate son, reportedly went mad just days after the burial of the deceased.
The tragedy began when 24-year-old David Otieno, a recent university graduate, was found dead under mysterious circumstances at his family home.
