Presidential Head of Special Projects and Creative Economy Denis Itumbi has raised strong objections to the High Court’s decision awarding former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua KSh50 million in damages following his impeachment, arguing that the ruling was made without admissible medical evidence to justify claims of ill health during Senate proceedings.
